Terms and Conditions
1. Shipping takes 3-6 weeks. Items may take longer if there is a back order on a product. Framed prints generally take longer, sometimes 8-12 weeks.
2. All purchases are final. Exceptions include (A) Damaged or missing in delivery. In that case, a claim will be made with the USPS and a new shipment will be sent out. Damaged merchandise MUST be returned to get a refund or replacement. (B) An incorrect product was received, e.g., a large t-shirt was ordered and you received an X-large. In this case, the incorrect item MUST be returned and the correct item will be sent.
3. Salerno Artworks is NOT responsible for the misuse of any of our products by the consumer and/or their comrades.
